Admission Based on Secondary School Study Results
Terms for the academic year 2020/2021
The application for a waiver of the entrance exam must be sent in writing on the relevant form to the faculty study department by 30. 4. 2020 (date as post-marked). The proof of compliance with the terms is as follows and is also described in the application form. The application must be accompanied by a copy of the midterm and annual reports, showing all the results from those subjects counted in the average score as per the following text. The copy of the reports must be supplemented by an overview (preferably in the form of a table) containing the results of both midterm and annual reports in mathematics and the world language of choice. This report must be stamped and signed by the secondary school, or an officially certified copy of the grade report is required. In the case of middle schools, only the results from the last four years of the school attendance are applicable.
The faculty will verify that the applicant has:
- Completed at least three years of education in mathematics and the average of the six best grades from this subject in both the midterm and annual grade reports is up to 2.00.
- Completed at least three years of education in a world language of choice and the average of the six best grades from this subject on both the midterm and annual grade reports is up to 2.00.
If due to capacity constraints, it is necessary to compile the order of applicants, it will be compiled based on the overall average of all 12 grades. Therefore, it may be that a better grade average than the required minimum threshold will be needed to waive the entrance exam.
